Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, c. 1955. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3548, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata during December of 1913 and retired in August of 1957 after 44 years of faithful service. Immediately ahead of it is PRR N-5C cabin car #477873. The names of the photographer and the two Railroaders pictured here are not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #36 of 68) |
