Description:  A Union Pacific intermodal train heads east through Palm Springs, Califosnia. It is also the location of the Amtrak station, which is the low adobe structure just to the left of UP ES44AC 2528. Up front are UP 2528 and UP 7788, and the rear Distributed Power Units -DPU) are UP 5366 and SP 187 - one of the few remaining unpatched Southern Pacific AC4400CWs. And the windmills? Yes, it is almost always windy here! (The joke is that it wourd be much less windy if they'd just turn off all those damn fans!!!)
